Blue Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Blue Wallet Top Ups or Blue Gift Cards can be purchased online using valid VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed local currency).
• Credit or debit card details or information provided in connection with the purchase of Blue Gift Cards will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. The exception is when card information is stored by our payment services provider in order to process the transaction.
• Blue Gift Cards cannot be reloaded
• Blue Wallet Top Ups / Blue Gift Cards are non-refundable bearer instruments and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or credit notes
• Blue Wallet Top Ups / Blue Gift Cards can be redeemed partially over multiple transactions until they expire
• Blue Wallet Top Ups / Blue Gift Cards can be redeemed across participating Al Futtaim Group brands in the country of issuance only. Cross-border redemptions are not permitted. A list of participating brands in each country is set out below
• Blue Wallet Top Ups are for personal use by the Blue Member only
• Blue Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient either directly into their Blue Rewards app if they are already a member, or to their registered email address. The email version of the Blue Gift Card can be added to the Wallet on the Blue Rewards app
• The minimum and maximum loads on Blue Gift Cards are as follows:

• Al Futtaim accepts no responsibility for errors in the email address provided to it at purchase of Blue Gift Cards or for the loss of, damage to, theft of or unauthorised use of Blue Gift Cards
• Al Futtaim’s Blue Gift Card program will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctioned countries (in accordance with the laws of the UAE)
• These Blue Gift Cards Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE, and any legal action arising out of or related to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE Courts
• These Blue Gift Cards Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated by Al Futtaim by posting a revised version to []. Modifications will be effective on the day they
• Blue Wallet Top Ups / Blue Gift card is valid for 12 months from date of issuance.
• Blue Gift card can be used in the physical form or else can be added to your Blue eWallet. You get an additional 2% of the Blue Gift card value when added/topped up in your Blue eWallet, up to a maximum of AED 500 per year per Blue eWallet (UAE).
• 2% additional bonus is applicable only on gifting and topping up at a retail level. Cards issued through corporate orders or via 3rd party distributors are excluded.
• To register and keep track of your balance & purchase(s), add to your Blue eWallet. Details are available at www.mybluerewards.com
• Blue Gift card may not be replaced if damaged, expired, lost, or stolen and the lost funds may not be refunded.
• Not for use in ATM’s.
